Peter Delfosse, CEO of the AXON Group, spoke at the MOM25 dinner about the development of the Schlössli Collab in Lucerne. The Axon Group is a collective of companies specialized in digital transformation and software development. Founded by Stefan Muff, the group is headquartered at Schlössli Schönegg in Lucerne.
The Axon Group plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation in Switzerland and beyond, offering a diverse range of services and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and public institutions.
To advance this role, in April 2024, the Axon Group began a significant expansion of its headquarters in Schlössli Schönegg, investing approximately 15 million Swiss francs. The project, which is expected to be completed by fall 2026, aims to transform the site into "Schlössli Collab Luzern," a hub for innovators to drive digital transformation in Central Switzerland and bring the Schlössli spirit to life.
But who or what is this Schlössli spirit?
As Peter Delfosse explains, "It's probably the combination of a historic building and a visionary with an impressive history.
Back in 2006, Stefan Muff laid the groundwork for Google Maps by selling his company, Endoxon, to Google. Since then, many other success stories have followed, including the creation of the Axon Group, all of which started here.
These experiences have created a valuable network that we want to continue to grow. A community with the aim of finding solutions to the challenges posed by socio-structural developments and new technologies".
