International lawyer with a double degree in Italy and France and academic studies in systemic risk and the role of law in preserving global financial stability, Chiara worked for over a decade, in various roles at the most prominent central banks, international financial organisations and governments at global level, participating to the re-writing of financial regulation, after the global financial crisis.
Formerly a senior public officer at the European Central Bank, Bank of England and International Monetary Fund, leading on systemic, intergovernmental and multilateral agreements such as EU-UK withdrawal, sovereign debt rating definition, systemic bank resolution and Basel agreements standard setting, today she advises central banks, governments, public companies and financial institutions, on banking and financial regulation matters, as a recognised leading expert.
An innovation and sustainability-driven startup-up entrepreneur in the fintech and longevity space, Chiara is also passionate about art that she collects from all over the world and curates in her ultra-contemporary art collection in Maremma.
